What are the products in this Hamper?
In the cheese trio Christmas hamper we have included traditional cheeses which are the following:
First, Queso de Oveja Manchego-style semicurado, maybe the most famous cheese from Spain. It is produced with raw sheep´s milk of the highest quality, collected from selected herds from the same area, that maintain a rigorously supervised nourishment.  The aromas are mild and lactic with a light acidity and that is similar to raw milk. For the taste is is slightly acidic, with a smooth and tasty profile that intensifies with healing. It is nutty and has and aftertaste of fresh milk, persistent and very pleasant. As regards its texture it is hard and slightly crumbly. Secondly you will find Camembert from TGT. Camembert is a soft cheese with a bloomy rind. The rind is covered by a white down and the cheese itself is ivory with holes in it. Camembert is creamy and soft and can be runny when ripe. It has aromas of undergrowth and maple and a flavour of mushrooms, hazelnut and milk. Finally there is Roncari blue cheese. Known as the Roquefort of Spain, it is made from pasteurised ewe’s milk. The rind is coated in penicillium Roquefort and has a distinct broken marbled texture. The maturation lasts between four and six months giving it a powerful yet pleasant flavour which is slightly piquant. Moreover, this cheese Christmas box comes with a bottle of wine from Valdivieso from Chile, ideal to pair with the cheeses.Finally, we have included The Fruit Garden two cheese pairing jams, made in the Philippines by a Frrench Jam Master.
